The George Yeomans Memorial Fund

Very sadly George passed away at the age of nine in January 2008 after a brave and courageous struggle, supported by his parents Martin and Helena and a large number of family and friends. His parents have asked that the website be kept open and that donations towards the general 2Simple Trust campaign for children with neuroblastoma in his memory in order to help other children with the same condition would be greatly appreciated.

Jack Brown from Barnet

Jack sadly passed away on Sunday 3rd May 2009 at 12.30am. Jack bravely battled this disease for over two years. This has meant repeated dislocation for the whole family, moving to New York and living in one room in a hostel whilst he was treated at the Sloane Kettering Memorial Hospital, returning to England and then relocating to Vermont where Jack underwent further treatment.

Jacob Marsland from Northwich

Sadly, Jacob passed away in January 2009, after a long, and brave battle against neuroblastoma. Jacob's website and appeal are still in place, with any funds being raising going to help other children suffering from this terrible disease.

Max Corp Appeal

Max sadly passed away on Tuesday 16th June 2009, surrounded by his family. In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that donations may be made to the 2Simple Trust, to provide hope for other relapsed children currently battling this terrible disease.

Adam Sandells From Newton Le Willows, Merseyside

Adam SandellsFive year old Adam from Newton Le Willows, Merseyside was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in May 2007 at the age of three. He has gone through high doses of c hemotherapy, a 14 hour operation to remove a tumour from his stomach, stem cell rescue, radiotherapy, a course of CIS - Retinoic Acid . Adam completed his treatment in July this year (2008) and went into remission. Having started school at St Peters C of E School, Newton Le Willows in September this year (2008) in October a bump appeared on his head which turned out to be a tumour and he has now started another course of Chemotherapy treatment.

Adam sadly passed away at 6am on Thursday 23rd July.

Hannah Edwards Appeal

It is with a broken heart that I update you with the news that Hannah, the bravest girl in the world, passed away at 12.55pm on 20th Jan 2010.

She touched so many lives and it was my proudest achievement to be her mummy.

Private family cremation. All welcome to the Legends Suite at the Leicester Tigers ground, Welford Road, Leicester from 3pm on Tuesday 2nd Feb.

Sophie Atay Appeal

Sadly Sophie Atay passed away after she lost her 12-month battle with cancer.
Two-year-old Sophie, from Birtley, Gateshead, began her fight for life after she was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in February last year.
Her plight captured the hearts of the nation, including music mogul Simon Cowell, and sparked a huge fundraising drive to raise £500,000 for specialist treatment in New York.

Lilablu Langley

Lilablu Langley-Vincent, passed away at her family home in Langney Road, Eastbourne, on March 29 at the age of three. Her family and friends have paid tribute to "a strong little star". Lilablu – known as Lila – was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma just before Christmas 2008.
